Caretaker at Michael Development – Delano, Minnesota

Granite Works Apartments is currently seeking a part-time Caretaker to become a part of our great team! The hours for the position are 15 - 20 per week, and available on weekend as needed.

Overtime as needed

Caretaker Responsibilities and Duties:

Cleaning vacant apartments

Cleaning common areas

Must be able to lift/push 50 lbs.

Delivering notices

Lawn care and snow removal when needed (as a team)

Other duties as assigned by Community Manager and/or Property Manager

Caretaker Qualifications and Skills:

Experience Required

Candidate should be organized, punctual & have great customer service skills

Attention to detail is a must

Time management a must

Complete projects in a timely and efficient manner

Follow direction as needed

Reliable transportation

Compensation:

Starting at $20 - 22 per hour depending on experience

Benefits:

Earned Paid Sick & Safe Time (1-hour earned for every 30 hours worked)
