Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients, focusing on language, social, and daily living skill development
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans under the guidance of a BCBA
- Actively engage with clients during sessions to create a fun, motivating learning environment
- Accurately track client progress using provided tools and share updates with supervisors
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Support caregivers by modeling strategies that reinforce client progress outside of sessions
Full-time availability requirement: Monday–Friday, between 7:45am and 6:00pm. Employees must be available during this time frame; however, scheduled hours may vary and do not necessarily cover the entire block each day.
Part-time availability requirement: Monday–Friday, as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required).
- Commitment to obtaining RBT certification (we cover all costs).
- Reliable transportation to and from clinic locations.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage actively with clients.
- Ability to pass a clear background check.
- Pre-Employment Requirement: All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment physical examination, including a tuberculosis (TB) screening.
