Behavioral Technician Overview

Join our team as an ABA Counselor where you'll play a vital role in providing educational instruction to students within a structured classroom environment. You'll assist in developing teaching plans tailored to the needs of children and adolescents with emotional, developmental, and/or behavioral challenges. Behavioral Technician Schedule and Salary Information

• $28-$31/hour
• Monday to Friday schedule 8-4:30pm

Behavioral Technician Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Service Field, or Psychology

• Valid US driver’s license and minimum age of 21

• Strong interpersonal and teaching skills

• Experience or interest in Applied Behavior Analysis and special education preferred

Behavioral Technician Responsibilities

• Provide educational instruction to students in a structured classroom environment

• Assist in developing and implementing teaching plans tailored to individual student needs

• Implement behavior management and clinical protocols effectively

• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support student growth and development
