Head of Data in Boca Raton, Florida at Better Car People

Central BCD Enterprises LLC, also known as Better Car People, is actively seeking a highly qualified and strategic Head of Data to join our growing team.

About the Role:

In this senior leadership position, you’ll define and execute BCP’s data strategy, guiding the company’s data vision and leading transformative AI and machine learning initiatives. This is a pivotal role for a data-driven professional passionate about innovation and building scalable systems that support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the company’s overarching data strategy
• Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML-based solutions
• Build and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable data pipelines
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing data engineering team
• Collaborate closely with BI engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to develop impactful data-driven products and features

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven leadership experience in data strategy and AI/ML solution development
• Strong background in data architecture, data governance, and engineering best practices
