This role plays a vital part in coordinating and dispatching technicians to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery to our customers. As a key link between our team and the field, you'll help drive operational success through clear communication, quick problem-solving, and attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Maintains updated skills list for each technician
• Optimizes deployment of technical resources to achieve departmental KPI's by ensuring right tech/right call.
• Support effective capacity planning by providing daily operations data as required.
• Generate weekly hot hands report.
• Ensures properly timed dispatch brief.
• With additional duties based on the needs of the company.
