From concept development, marketing and planning to event execution, we help create meaningful campaigns and safe events that meet the client’s mission and measures of success.


About the role

We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our event crews for various upcoming festivals and events in Seattle:

Fremont Fair: June 21-22

Kirkland Uncorked: July 18-20

South Lake Union Block Party: August 8

Fremont Oktoberfest: September 19-21


What you'll do

Positions Available:


Production Assistant:

Required experience: Previous event production work, familiarity with production tools, ability to think quickly, willingness to work long hours, a positive team attitude, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs when necessary.


Beverage Operations Team:

Job responsibilities: Volunteer management, inventory oversight, lifting and moving wine boxes and kegs. Previous experience with beer management or serving is preferred.


Event Cashiers:

Positions available in the Wine Shop, Ticket Booth, and Beer Tents.

Required: Previous experience operating points of sale.


Qualifications
  • Team Mentality – You enjoy working collaboratively and can adapt to different roles as needed to ensure a successful event.
  • Comfort in a Fast-Paced Environment – Large-scale events require quick thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
  • Physical Stamina & Endurance – Many roles involve standing for long periods, moving equipment, and working extended shifts (12+ hours in some cases).
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Whether interacting with event attendees, vendors, or fellow crew members, clear and professional communication is key.
  • Reliability & Punctuality – We count on our event staff to be dependable and on time, ensuring smooth operations throughout each event.
  • Positive & Professional Attitude – We’re looking for people who bring great energy, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
