Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:

Oversee the nightly valet trash collection process, ensuring timely and accurate pickups.
Conduct site visits to monitor service quality, compliance, and adherence to company standards.
Ensure all assigned properties are serviced within the designated timeframe.
Manage operational logistics, including scheduling, routing, and workflow optimization.

Team Leadership & Supervision:

Supervise, train, and support a team of valet trash service providers.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve efficiency and service quality.
Ensure employees follow safety protocols and company policies.
Handle employee attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage as needed.

Client & Resident Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for property management staff during night shifts.
Address and resolve service-related issues, complaints, or escalations in a timely manner.
Maintain professional communication with property managers, residents, and team members.
Report any property-related issues, such as trash overflow or maintenance concerns.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and company procedures for proper waste handling and disposal.
Ensure compliance with HOA, apartment community, and local waste regulations.
Identify and address hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate service logs, incident reports, and employee performance records.
Submit nightly reports to upper management, highlighting any issues or improvements.
Monitor and manage inventory for supplies, including uniforms, tools, and trash bags.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience in valet trash, janitorial, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in waste management or logistics are a plus.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, and work in varying weather conditions.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
