Municipal Sales Representative at ADMAR SUPPLY CO INC – Rochester, New York

Admar Supply Company, Inc, the largest independently owned and operated construction equipment rental company in NYS, has an immediate opening for a Muni / Industrial Sales Representative. The Muni / Industrial Sales Representative will focus on municipal and industrial customers in the Rochester metropolitan region. The primary responsibility is to meet and/or exceed budgeted equipment rental and sales revenue for the assigned territory. Duties include prospecting and cold calling, meeting with current and potential customers, visiting facilities, and engaging in relationship building activities

The successful candidate must have a documented record of success in the industrial / municipal sales field, be a self-starter and possess the ability to develop and sustain business relationships. A bachelor's degree and 3 – 5 years construction and/or industrial sales experience required. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills necessary. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and be able to get around a construction or industrial work site as well as lift equipment weighting up to 25 lbs.
