Job Purpose

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Solutions Advisors. This customer-facing, in-store sales role focuses on consulting with clients, recommending solutions, and closing sales for window tint, paint protection film, and related services.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a natural ability to engage with customers and drive sales. By combining product knowledge and a consultative approach, this role ensures every customer receives the best solutions while driving customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions.
  • Educate clients on product benefits, features, and pricing, including window tint, paint protection film, and advanced coatings.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, explaining warranties, and setting clear expectations.
  • Manage customer relationships from initial inquiry to post-service follow-up.
  • Drive sales performance through consultative selling, lead follow-ups, and upselling relevant services.
  • Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while upholding company standards.
  • Stay updated on industry techniques, tools, and products through ongoing training and professional development.
RequirementsExperience:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a sales-driven role preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the automotive services, or a related field is a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
  • Sales and customer service expertise with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high service standards.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills for processing transactions, scheduling, and managing customer interactions.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting or handling of product samples or small materials.
Other:
  • Reliable transportation (rare but occasional off-site consultations may be required; mileage reimbursement will be provided if so).
  • Willingness to undergo sales training and product certification as needed.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through excellent service, professionalism, and product knowledge.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales or productivity goals.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and the ability to guide customers through the sales or service process.

  • Base pay starting at $15/hour, with higher rates for experienced candidates.
  • Performance-based commission structure with the potential to earn 75% or more of the base wage in additional commissions.
