What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and assess their vehicle needs.
  
• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a way that builds trust and transparency.
  
• Prepare detailed estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
  
• Deliver a five-star experience with every interaction—before, during, and after service.
  
• Ensure every vehicle is returned to the customer in top condition.
  

? What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred.
  
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus (not required—we’ll train the right person!).
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  
• Ability to work full-time, including some weekends and holidays.
  
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
