We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR-Generalist to join our dynamic corporate human resources team with a primary focus on recruitment, hiring, employee events and engagement, and training and development.
Position Purpose:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment and hiring process, coordinating employee events, and assisting with training and development initiatives. This role ensures a positive candidate and employee experience while supporting overall HR functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Hiring:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities to attract top talent.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and initial training coordination.
Employee Events & Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee events, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and company celebrations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for employee appreciation events, training sessions, and wellness programs.
Training & Development:
- Assist in designing and implementing employee training programs.
- Track and report on employee development initiatives and training completion.
- Support leadership in identifying training needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Additional HR Support:
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and providing HR-related guidance.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HRD.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or a combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting, employee engagement, and training.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ADP and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.

Salary: $60-$75K per year, plus bonus eligibility.
