Pay: $75,000 – $150,000+ per year (Base + Commission)

Performance Ford Truck Country is growing and looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Executive to join our Ford Pro Elite team. This is a B2B-focused role working with commercial clients, contractors, and businesses to deliver customized fleet solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with commercial and fleet clients (B2B sales)
- Identify customer needs and recommend truck, van, and fleet solutions
- Present vehicle specs, upfits, financing, and total cost of ownership
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain and grow your sales pipeline through outbound efforts and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and documentation
- Follow up post-sale to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Stay current on Ford Pro products, fleet programs, and market trends

What We’re Looking For
- REQUIRED: Previous Fleet or Commercial Sales experience
- Proven book of business and repeat clientele
- Automotive dealership sales experience preferred
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Ford Pro / commercial trucks & vans
- Knowledge of upfitting, financing, or fleet management
- Multilingual abilities
