Rehabilitation Specialist III at RecSol Recovery Solutions, LLC – Pembroke Pines, Florida

Position Description:

Were seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Specialist III, Expressive Arts to join our team and use creative expression as a therapeutic pathway for individuals with mental and emotional disabilities. In this role, youll facilitate group and individual sessions, help individuals communicate their thoughts and feelings through art, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support treatment goals.

What Youll Do

Develop and lead individual and group sessions using expressive arts as a therapeutic tool Provide individuals served with opportunities to explore and communicate thoughts, feelings, and ideas through creative expression Conduct assessments and provide feedback to the treatment team Complete timely, accurate, and professional documentation in line with facility and accreditation standards Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to support treatment objectives Manage time effectively, balancing sessions, documentation, and assigned department responsibilities Education

Bachelors degree in expressive arts from an accredited college or university (required) Masters degree (preferred) Experience

Two (2) years experience using expressive arts as a therapeutic modality (preferred) Perks and Benefits
