Endurance: Ability to stand, stoop, crouch, kneel, or climb for extended periods.
Flexibility: Must be able to work in various positions, including overhead, vertical, and confined spaces.
Visual Acuity: Good vision (with or without correction) to inspect welds and read blueprints.
Balance and Coordination: Especially important when working at heights or on scaffolding.

• Expected to participate in regular safety meetings, audits, and emergency drills.
• Responsible for reporting unsafe conditions and participating in continuous improvement of shop safety practices.
Compliance: Must follow OSHA safety standards and AISC Quality and Painting standards
