Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be able to work in an office setting, self-motivated with a high urgency to help others, communicate well, and be highly organized. We are looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to work with minimal direction or take initiative to improve processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions):

· Leadership, Management & Accountability of Installation staff

· Installation support and training

· Communication with customers about their project

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

· Quality control

· Review jobs before and after installation with installation team

· Subcontractor follow up

· Post-install job file audit

· Scheduling remodeling projects & service calls

· Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a basic capacity

· Data entry and maintenance in CRM

Must Have

· 5 years residential construction and/or remodeling experience

· Reliable transportation to get to and from the office

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· High attention to detail

· Excellent customer service skills

· Organizational skills

· Ability to problem solve

· Ambition and be self-motivated

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
