Senior Estimating Professional at RigUp – Fort Worth, Texas

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizen Required

This position is open to any of client's physical office locations in the Central region of the United States.

High school diploma or equivalent

Progressive and successful cost estimating experience in all projects phases

Proficient use of MS Office products, Sage Timberline, MII estimating software and BlueBeam (Heavy Bid a plus)

Minimum amount of Travel ,with personal vehicle

At least 5-10 years of estimating and construction experience related to bldg and civil construction

Alternative delivery procurement experience

Understanding of the relationship between cost, risk and schedule

Certifications such as a CEP, CCP, PMP, or CCM are a plus

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

Develop capital cost estimates for projects.

Review contractor proposals for various procurement types.

Review and validate change orders

Interface with external clients in the presentation of capital costs.

Maintain organized and detailed files, project records and logs.

Attend project meetings as required

You will work with a knowledgeable and supportive team as you prepare estimates by reviewing and comprehending scope documents, developing project work breakdown structures, calculating complete scope of work take-offs, assist contracts staff with statements of work for subcontractors and vendors, apply construction means and methods, calculate indirect field and owners costs, and meeting necessary deadlines. General Contracting construction back ground is a plus
