Job Description
- Ensure product decisions consistently reflect company strategy and maximize business impact
- Make trade-offs explicit and align cross-functional leadership (Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance)
- Assess actual effort allocation vs. expected impact across customer segments
- Challenge the organisation when execution drifts from strategic intent
- Build deep understanding of customer needs across segments, verticals, and use cases
- Keep feedback loops between field teams and product short and actionable
- Monitor competitor moves and identify whitespace opportunities
- Translate market and customer signals into clear strategic recommendations
- Prepare decision-ready materials and facilitate alignment across leadership
- Champion data-driven decision-making and AI tools within the Product team
- 10+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or a strategic role within a B2B SaaS company. MarTech is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and growth outcomes
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous strategic questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations
- Strong command of business impact modeling, roadmap prioritization frameworks, and OKR methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, both as a product dimension and as a way to work more effectively
- Comfort working with data (Amplitude, Omni, SQL a plus) to support strategic arguments
