We’re looking for a Bartender who commands the bar, connects with guests, and brings the energy.

THE GIG (AKA WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING)

• Own the bar experience — setting the tone, building the vibe, and guiding guests from first hello to final goodbye
• Balance craft, speed, and personality with ease, even when the bar is packed and the energy is high
• Build real rapport with guests, making the bar feel personal, welcoming, and alive
• Execute service with precision — using the POS accurately, following steps of service, and ensuring proper glassware, setup, and presentation
• Know the menu inside and out — food, beer, wine, cocktails — and stay curious about learning more
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and service-ready; execute opening, closing, and restocking with purpose; support all service channels; communicate guest feedback; serve alcohol responsibly; jump in where needed; and show up sharp and professional for nights, weekends, and holidays

You’ll spend your shifts front and center — moving with confidence through a busy dining room, connecting with guests, and staying locked into the rhythm of service — in a hands-on role that values presence, polish, and a strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards.
