Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Sales
• Customer Service
• Cleaning

“TEAM8s” at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc). Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to:

• Check in students with positivity
• Know client’s names
• Make 1 sale per shift
• Clean the studio mirrors & resetting props
• Deep clean bathrooms
• Attend monthly TEAM8 meetings

Hourly Rates:

• Los Angeles: $18.05
• San Jose: $18.45
• San Francisco: $19.20
• NYC: $17.00

Ideal Candidates

• Love yoga
• Value exceptional customer service
• Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Have a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays)
• Are proficient with the computer
• Are neat and enjoy cleaning
• Are familiar with MINDBODY software
• Are proactive and self starters
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
