Role: Inventory Coordinator (Hybrid)
Position Summary: The Inventory Coordinator is a key contributor to Magnolia Bakery’s supply chain operations, ensuring product availability and inventory health across the network. This role focuses on analyzing inventory, production, and supplier data to provide actionable insights that support smooth operations and on-time fulfillment. A detail-oriented problem solver, the Inventory Coordinator collaborates closely with both internal stakeholders and our national network of partners while upholding Magnolia Bakery’s brand integrity, product quality, and exceptional customer experience. This role is designated as a hybrid position with 3 days working from our NYC Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support forecasting and planning by sharing rolling forecasts, analyzing key data, and translating inventory insights into decisions that optimize order fulfillment.
- Drive seamless procurement by executing purchase orders in line with supply plans and actively managing confirmations, production timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Own end-to-end inventory visibility across raw materials and finished goods, including order processing, receiving, and stock management, leveraging existing tools to ensure continuity of supply.
- Serve as the team's point of contact for vendor and partner coordination, proactively communicating to resolve risks, delays, and service issues.
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to support product innovation and launches by managing production calendars and in-stock dates.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating Magnolia Bakery databases by ensuring data accuracy to drive insights on inventory health, production trends, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Ingredients for Success
- Bachelor's degree required
- Data & process-focused mindset. Intermediate computer proficiency (Excel, ERP and WMS)
- Enterprising and curious to learn and build processes for a fast-growing organization. Takes direction and hits the ground running.
- Values attention to detail and accuracy with a methodical approach and excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience in operations, supply chain, database management preferred.
- Dynamic, nimble, and able to adjust to changing business needs.
- Strong collaboration with cross functional partners and vendors; team player with a curious what is possible mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact with external partners and customers.
