Responsibilities
- Become an operations subject matter expert for the technology behind all brands and products as well as custom product setup. Research operational inquiries and be accessible to help answer questions from internal teams.
- Project manage product setup from product intake to testing and launch. Communicate status on launches and attend internal calls to provide status, challenges, issues.
- Liaison between InComm InCentives and InComm brand and product teams
- Manage CRM tool with new product details and pricing to ensure sales and account management have up-to-date information.
- Process and coordinate digital and physical product builds, implementations and updates
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work through complex situations.
- Represent InComm InCentives in a positive, professional, and customer focused manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Internship Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a full-time academic program, currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, or a related field.
- Expected Graduation: Students must be on track to graduate in May or December 2027.
- GPA Requirements: A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is required to be considered for the position.
- Location Requirement: This is a remote internship based in Atlanta, Georgia. Applicants must be local to Atlanta, Georgia, and able to work in person (or hybrid, as required).
- Availability: Must be available at least 20 hours per week on weekdays yearround; schedule is flexible to accommodate academic commitments
