Security Operations Supervisor at SORSEN – Las Vegas, Nevada

About the Role:

The Operations Supervisor oversees daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. This role leads frontline teams, monitors performance metrics, resolves operational issues, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Operations Supervisors typically report to an Operations Manager or General Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or supervisory roles within administrative support .
• .Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant operational systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and experience conducting safety audits and training.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage employee performance effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Active PILB card

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily operations including dispatching, site activities , and employee workflows to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, train, and evaluate team members to enhance performance, maintain high morale, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Ensure production or service targets are achieved.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and act swiftly to resolve operational disruptions while minimizing impact on service continuity.

Skills:

• Identify areas for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Implement process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Track KPIs and generate performance reports.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• May require shift work, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

• Combination of floor/field supervision and administrative tasks.
