The Opportunity You will serve as the primary site leader, stabilizing and growing a residential service branch during a pivotal period of company evolution. This role empowers you to blend traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to advance industry standards and deliver elite customer service. You will have the autonomy to direct daily operations while benefiting from the resources of a growing multi-state organization.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Direct the daily operations of the service department to ensure peak efficiency and revenue performance.

• Supervise and mentor a field team of technicians to maintain high standards of integrity and technical craftsmanship.

• Coordinate dispatching and logistical workflows to maximize technician productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Evaluate branch financial metrics and implement strategies to maintain strict operational budgets.

• Foster a supportive culture that attracts and retains top-tier technical talent in the Las Vegas market.

• Resolve complex customer service issues in real-time to uphold the companys reputation for excellence.

• Manage the transition of team dynamics during ownership shifts to ensure long-term organizational stability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven leadership experience specifically within residential home services management.

• Strong background in overseeing field service teams, dispatching, and branch operations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue accountability and departmental profit and loss.

• Proficiency in navigating residential plumbing challenges

• Excellent communication skills necessary for managing both technician dynamics and customer relations.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems and specialized home installations.

• Demonstrated experience in successfully stabilizing teams during business transitions or acquisitions.

• Completion of formal technical training or industry-specific management certifications.
