Facilities Maintenance Laborer at Cast-Crete USA Inc – Seffner, Florida

This position prepares a systematic approach to cleaning, repair and maintenance of the building, grounds and equipment and related facilities. Mainly focusing on maintaining cleanliness of plant restroom and break areas.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors and other work areas
• Responsible for routine building maintenance
• Reconfigures, installs, positions and mounts modular offices and spaces.
• Work well with others in a team environment
• Reliability and dependability
• Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications (list the minimum education, formal training, skills and experience required)

• Previous facilities experience (preferred)
• Experience operating a forklift
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
