Position Description: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Northbrook, IL (Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite)

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission OTE first year 70k

Type: Full-Time

Amplify HR is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, people-centered Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our client base and introduce businesses to our PEO solutions. As our newest team member, you'll help drive growth by creating new opportunities, setting qualified appointments, and representing Amplify HR with professionalism, kindness, and resilience.

If you are just starting out or looking for a change: enjoy connecting with people, are energized by outbound outreach, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is a perfect fit.

What You'll Do
• Make approximately 100 outbound dials per day to small and mid-sized businesses
• Set 20–30 qualified appointments per month for the sales team
• Prospect consistently to build and maintain a strong pipeline
• Educate prospects on Amplify HR's PEO model and the value we bring to clients
• Follow structured outreach processes while adding your own authentic personality
• Accurately log activities, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM
