About This Position
The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing enBio Corp.’s national sales strategy to drive significant and sustainable revenue growth across the company’s service lines. This executive leadership role will focus on expanding enBio’s presence within hospitals, health systems, clinics, and surgical centers by building strategic customer relationships, developing new market opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales organization.
The Director of Sales will work closely with executive leadership to identify strategic growth opportunities, expand enBio’s market presence, and position the company as a trusted partner delivering operational excellence and exceptional value to healthcare organizations.
A central responsibility of this role is to build and lead a highly disciplined, data-driven sales organization with clear performance metrics, accountability, and measurable outcomes. The Director of Sales will establish the structure, processes, and leadership required to scale the company’s revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships and operational alignment.
The Director of Sales will serve as a key architect of the company’s growth strategy, helping scale enBio’s national presence and revenue platform.
This position requires a leader who combines strategic vision with strong personal engagement in the marketplace. The Director of Sales is expected to maintain a consistent field presence, actively engaging with healthcare leaders and decision makers while guiding and mentoring the broader sales organization.
The Director of Sales is expected to lead from the field, maintaining meaningful and consistent engagement with customers while building and guiding the broader sales organization.
The Director of Sales reports directly to the President and will play a key role in supporting the company’s long-term strategic growth objectives.
This position is not structured as a remote role. While the role requires regular travel and field engagement with customers and prospects, the Director of Sales is expected to be based out of the company’s headquarters in Los Angeles, California, and work from the office whenever possible to maintain close collaboration with executive leadership and operational teams.
Requirements:Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with enBio’s long-term growth objectives.
- Establish revenue targets and sales plans designed to significantly expand the company’s presence across healthcare systems and clinical networks.
- Identify new markets, service opportunities, and strategic partnerships that support the company’s growth strategy.
- Work closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives related to market expansion, service offerings, and pricing strategies.
Development of a Data-Driven Sales Organization
- Build and lead a highly disciplined, data-driven sales organization focused on measurable performance and consistent execution.
- Implement structured sales processes, pipeline management systems, and performance reporting tools that provide clear visibility into sales activity and results.
- Maintain full accountability and ownership of the company’s sales forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accurate visibility into opportunities, revenue projections, and performance against targets.
- Establish clear accountability standards and performance metrics across the sales organization.
- Utilize sales analytics and performance data to continuously improve strategy, execution, and results.
Business Development and Strategic Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision makers within hospitals and healthcare systems.
- Personally lead and support the pursuit and closing of significant service contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Represent enBio at industry conferences, leadership forums, and major client engagements.
- Maintain an active field presence through regular travel and direct engagement with key clients and prospects.

- Ability and willingness to be based out of enBio’s headquarters in Los Angeles, California. This role is not designed as a remote position and requires regular in-office collaboration in addition to customer travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within healthcare services, healthcare technology management, medical equipment services, or related healthcare support industries.
- Prior experience within an Independent Service Organization (ISO) is strongly preferred.
- A well-established network of industry relationships within hospitals, health systems, and healthcare leadership is highly desirable.
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and large multi-location healthcare accounts.
- Experience implementing data-driven sales processes and performance management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
