Business Development Manager - Fire Water Mold Restoration at Restoration 1 New Jersey – Denville, New Jersey

We’re a growing restoration and remodeling company based in New Jersey looking to build a referral-partner sales channel. We’re seeking a motivated individual — ideally with existing contacts in the plumbing/trade industry — to connect us with plumbers who can refer jobs that require water mitigation, mold remediation, remodels, or bathroom/kitchen upgrades.

What You’ll Do:

• Reach out to local plumbers / plumbing companies.
• Present our full-service restoration/remodeling offering — emphasize water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and remodeling work.
• Encourage them to refer jobs to us (homeowners or commercial clients) whenever plumbing reveals water damage or when clients want remodels.
• Track referrals and coordinate hand-offs internally so our crews can follow up.
• Follow up on referred leads, schedule inspections or estimates, and help convert leads when needed (if commission-based).
  

Compensation:

• Straight commission, or base + commission (flexible).
• Commission per referral that turns into a booked job.
• Potential for higher earnings as our volume grows.
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Existing relationships or network among plumbers, plumbing subcontractors or plumbing companies around Burlington/Mercer/Somerset counties (Medford NJ region).
• Good communication, sales or networking skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, comfortable with commission-based structure or hybrid pay.
• Willing to learn basic overview of restoration/remodel services and represent our brand professionally.
