Purpose
This is a full-time remote position and you must reside in one of our following footprint states: AL, GA, FL, TN, TX. The Foreclosure Processor II is responsible for primarily handling the Alabama and Georgia non-judicial foreclosure process. The position will also have some exposure to handling the Tennessee non-judicial foreclosure process.
Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities
- Prepare notice to all parties advising of the upcoming foreclosure sale.
- Prepare a Notice of Sale and submit for publication.
- Reviewing title reports to determine if assignments are needed.
- Preparing assignments for client execution.
- Confirming the legal description and all recorded information we have in our case management system is correct in comparison to the security instrument and deeds of record.
- Preparing bidding instructions received from the client and forwarding to the auctioneer.
- Prepare foreclosure deeds.
- Update steps which become due in client’s systems (e.g. BKFS/LPS, Tempo).
- Communicate with clients.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Three years of foreclosure experience required.
- Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
- Knowledge of processing Georgia foreclosures.
- Knowledge of processing Alabama and Tennessee foreclosure processes a huge plus, although not required.
- Knowledge of typical electronic default services platforms preferred (e.g. LPS, SSE, Tempo)
