- Support clients by understanding their financial and investment needs and recommending appropriate wealth management and investment solutions.
- Conduct proactive outreach to clients to identify opportunities to enhance their investment experience and portfolio growth.
- Deliver high-quality service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate transaction processing.
- Identify client needs through effective questioning and guide them toward suitable products and services.
- Achieve sales and service objectives by promoting relevant investment solutions and opportunities.
- Ensure all documentation and follow-up activities are completed accurately after client interactions.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, risk, and privacy requirements, including AML and consumer protection standards.
- Refer complex issues to senior team members or internal departments when necessary.
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in financial services, sales, or client support, ideally in wealth management or investments.
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Completion of CCVM (Canadian Securities Course) or equivalent investment certification; registration with the appropriate regulatory body preferred.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
- Good knowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (bilingual required).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Competitive salary range: $38,500 – $71,000 CAD, with potential commission structures depending on role setup.
