Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Clerk for our client located in Brampton. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of warehouse experience, with cycle counting experience, have a valid Reach Truck certification, and have experience working with Prophet 21 (P21) or similar inventory management systems. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

· Maintain and update inventory records using Prophet 21 (P21)

· Safely operate reach truck

· Process inventory adjustments, transfers, and updates in the system

· Support physical inventory counts and internal audits

· Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

· 2–3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience

· Strong cycle counting experience in a warehouse environment

· Experience using Prophet 21 (P21) or similar ERP/inventory systems

· Valid Reach Truck Operator Certification

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Basic computer and data entry skills

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

· Experience in a distribution or industrial warehouse environment

· Familiarity with inventory reconciliation and adjustments in P21

· Certified Forklift
