Purpose of Job:
The Warehouse Associate adds value to our Customers and our Co Workers by being responsible for assisting with receiving shipments, stocking products, picking and packing orders, preparing items for shipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace. These roles support timely order fulfillment and efficient inventory management. This involves being a positive team member by demonstrating a solid understanding of warehouse operations, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties outlined below are intended to encompass the responsibilities of all Warehouse Associate roles within the warehouse.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments and verify items against purchase orders or packing slips
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Label, sort, and store products in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified)
- Assist with loading trucks and preparing outgoing shipments
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors
- Other Duties as Assigned: As a member of the team, there may be other tasks assigned that aren’t listed above
Recommended Qualifications:
The qualifications listed below represent the requirements applicable to all Warehouse Associate positions within the warehouse.
Knowledge/Skill/Ability Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong English verbal communication skills
- Basic math functions
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to use computer software programs such as WMS system, Microsoft products etc.
Experience & Education:
- Previous warehouse and leadership experience
- High School or equivalent
- Where applicable, MHE certification is required or must be obtained within three months of employment. On-site training will be provided for roles requiring MHE operation.
Physical Demands/ Working Conditions:
- These positions may involve standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods, including working outside and indoors for extended periods of time.
- Positions may require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- These positions require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
