Position Description: As the PEO Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development, growth, and success of our PEO operations in St. Louis and the surrounding areas. This is a producing role that requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in business and brand development. The ideal candidate will have a successful book of business in the St. Louis market, be well regarded in the business community and heavily connected to the highest level of networking contacts.

• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to grow our client portfolio.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the market, aligning with company goals and objectives.
• Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and build brand awareness in the local market.
• Prepare and present prospect proposals.

• 5+ years of proven success selling a service.
• Proven track record of growing client portfolios and revenue.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet financial targets.
• Strong networking skills to identify and develop relationships.
• Strong listening, presentation skills and phone presence.
• Ability to travel locally on a regular basis.
• Ability to travel to Kansas City quarterly.
