We are seeking a Sorter to join our warehouse operations team. This position is responsible for sorting, inspecting, organizing, and handling products to ensure quality standards and production requirements are met. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

1. Sort products according to company specifications and quality standards.
2. Inspect products for defects, damages, or irregularities.
3. Remove non-conforming products from the production process.
4. Organize and stack products for storage, shipment, or further processing.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
6. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
7. Assist warehouse and production teams as needed to meet daily goals.
8. Report product defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
9. Adhere to company quality standards and warehouse procedures.
10. Support productivity, quality, and safety initiatives.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Previous warehouse, sorting, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
5. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
6. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Basic communication skills in English preferred.

1. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
2. Ability to perform repetitive hand, arm, and wrist movements.
3. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and twist frequently.
4. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
5. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
6. Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and other protective gear as required.
