Director of Nursing in Lincroft, New Jersey at DE LA SALLE HALL

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to provide leadership and oversight of our nursing services.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse and leader who values a resident-centered environment and the ability to work closely with nursing staff, administration, residents, and families in a smaller, community-focused organization. Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted, New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license and have a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a long-term care setting. They should show a history of strong leadership, as well as possess excellent organizational, communication, and clinical management skills.
They should possess a working knowledge of federal and New Jersey long-term care regulations and standards of practice.
Position Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and coordination of nursing services, including clinical quality, regulatory compliance, infection prevention and control, staffing and staff development, resident care, and nursing department operations.
The DON works closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to promote high-quality resident care and maintain a positive, professional, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
