This role supports multi-program operational execution and data integrity across a fast-moving environment spanning inspection, audit, and engineering workflows. It is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys working with structured data, process-driven systems, and cross-functional coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and consistency across critical operational datasets while supporting daily workflow management activities. The position involves extensive use of Google Workspace tools and system-based tracking platforms to maintain reliable program operations. It also contributes to improving efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation and reducing redundant data entry. Working across 25+ active programs, you will help ensure smooth execution, timely updates, and compliance with established processes. This is a hands-on coordination role where precision, responsiveness, and adaptability directly impact operational performance.
Support end-to-end operational coordination and data management across multiple programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution of workflows and system updates.
- Review and transfer part information from TRIX sheets into associated STEPQ events
- Conduct daily validation of TRIX sheets to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates
- Monitor adherence to established inspection and workflow protocols across active programs
- Support data consistency and integrity across 25+ concurrent programs and service lines
- Assist in process improvement initiatives, including automation and reduction of duplicate data entry (e.g., MICCS integration opportunities)
- Manage and update workflow events and service requests across inspection, audit, and engineering functions
- Track and manage LTEs, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution status updates
- Monitor event lifecycle stages including in-progress work, escalations, and closures
- Assign and update associated tasks and requirements within workflow systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and timely execution of program activities
Strong operational and administrative coordination skills with a focus on data accuracy, system management, and structured workflow execution in fast-paced environments.
- Experience using Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and validation tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across several programs simultaneously
- Experience with data tracking systems, workflow tools, or operational coordination platforms
- Comfortable working independently while following established procedures and protocols
- Strong communication skills with consistent follow-through on tasks and updates
- Preferred experience with TRIX sheets or similar workflow/event management systems
- Familiarity with inspection, audit, or engineering support environments is a plus
- Exposure to tools such as BIM360, ACC, or Buganizer is an advantage
- Interest or experience in process improvement, automation, or systems optimization
- Hourly compensation ranging from $12.90 to $19, based on experience, skills, and qualifications
- 40-hour per week contract opportunity (3-month duration)
