- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for go-to-market functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Partnerships, aligning hiring initiatives with broader business growth objectives.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to GTM executives and senior leaders, providing insights on talent market trends, workforce planning, and scalable organizational design.
- Develop and implement inclusive, structured, and competency-based recruitment processes across multiple regions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and rigorous hiring standards.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies to attract high-performing professionals in competitive talent markets across North America and Europe.
- Leverage recruitment analytics, market intelligence, and hiring data to improve sourcing effectiveness, hiring quality, and recruitment predictability.
- Strengthen employer branding efforts by representing the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and targeted talent engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on recruiting for go-to-market functions within fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing hiring strategies through market expertise and data-driven recommendations.
- Strong understanding of GTM talent landscapes, including revenue-generating and customer-facing roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including proactive sourcing, structured interviewing, and recruitment process optimization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior executives and top-tier candidates effectively.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of revenue models, pipeline generation, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Experience supporting scaling SaaS or technology organizations across international markets is highly valued.
- Comfortable working with recruitment metrics, analytics, and talent intelligence tools to support strategic hiring decisions.
