As a Media Quality and Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that high-quality visual content is delivered consistently and efficiently. You’ll manage, validate, and organize media from events, supporting both production and field teams to maintain the highest standards. - Oversee the ingestion, validation, and organization of video and photo content from events, ensuring all media meets quality specifications.
- Perform quality assurance checks, including verifying video codecs, bitrates, and compression standards.
- Provide real-time technical support to remote field staff, troubleshooting software and equipment issues via communication and remote access tools.
- Monitor live streams and media uploads to ensure timely delivery and smooth playback.
- Maintain accurate data management processes, including file transfers, FTP uploads, and database integrity checks.
- Proficiency with video, audio, and photo formats, including file conversions and compression techniques.
- Familiarity with camera operations and video editing software (Adobe Premiere or equivalent is a plus).
- Experience using communication and remote support tools such as Slack, TeamViewer, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving media equipment or software issues.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
