Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Bilingual fluency assessment required during interviews.
Seeking customer-focused call center representatives to schedule medical appointments.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to Medicare-eligible members to schedule medical appointments
Use approved scripts, answer questions, and address objections professionally
Maintain a respectful, professional tone with members, providers, and internal teams
Meet daily productivity and appointment-setting goals
Follow HIPAA, privacy, and security guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Call center, healthcare scheduling, or outbound calling experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Comfort working a fixed daily schedule
Ability to navigate multiple systems while on calls

Employment is contingent on passing a background check
