We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Pharmacy Help Desk Associate to support our pharmacy operations team. This role is ideal for someone skilled in communication, problem-solving, and assisting patients and providers in both English and Spanish within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to pharmacy staff, patients, and provider offices via phone and internal ticketing systems
• Assist with prescription-related inquiries, status checks, and troubleshooting
• Perform data entry and update patient or prescription information as needed
• Communicate professionally with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Follow established protocols and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Support general administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy, medical office, call center, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating software systems
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work onsite every weekday from 12–4 PM
