Responsibilities:

• Maintain, clean and organize facilities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Call in and coordinate repairs or maintenance. Be the point of contact for facility appointments.
• Send and receive deliveries.
• Support fleet, safety and operations.
• Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
• Maintains inventory and equipment control by stocking and distributing consumable inventories on a daily basis.
• Monthly inspections of fire extinguishers and fire protection systems.
• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning of equipment and vehicles as they are available. Report equipment abuse to operations managers.
• Responsible for waste disposal and maintaining recycling bins.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a DOT physical, drug test and driving record check consistent with company standards. CDL preferred.
• 1 to 2 years related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively when dealing with customers, carriers, and company drivers.
• Strong work ethic and attendance record. Be here; be on time.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: this is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday but could include shift work, weekends, evenings, holidays - flexibility is required as job duties demand.
