Superior Skilled Trades is partnering with a client to find an experienced Licensed HVAC Technician (RT) to support commercial customers throughout Western and Central Massachusetts.

This is an opportunity for a skilled HVAC professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, solving challenging problems, and providing high-quality service to commercial customers. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and service on commercial HVAC equipment
• Respond to customer service calls and resolve equipment issues efficiently
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Comply with EPA Section 608, OSHA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain all required licenses and certifications
• Work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
• Respond to service needs on short notice when required

• Current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License required
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required
• Previous commercial HVAC experience required
• Clean driving record required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to respond to service needs on short notice
• MA Oil Burner Technician Certificate preferred, but not required

The position requires the ability to walk, stand, climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in a variety of commercial environments. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, 51–100 lbs. occasionally, and heavier items on rare occasions.
