Janitorial Cleaner / Custodian in De Queen, Arkansas at Ladgov Corporation

Schedule:

On-site every Tuesday and Thursday during normal business hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Cleaning must be completed before 2:30 PM. Additional deep-cleaning services are required semiannually in April and October.

Summary:

The Janitorial Cleaner shall provide routine cleaning and sanitation services at the DeQueen Project Office in De Queen, Arkansas. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, maintaining floors, removing trash, replenishing supplies, and supporting semiannual deep-cleaning and pressure-washing services.

Requirements:

• Must have experience providing commercial or government facility janitorial services.

• Must be knowledgeable in cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safe chemical handling.

• Must be able to operate cleaning equipment and perform physical cleaning duties.

• Must comply with facility security, safety, quality-control, and background-check requirements.

Duties:

• Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and high-touch surfaces.

• Collect trash, replace liners, replenish restroom supplies, and maintain sanitary conditions.

• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture, and clean fixtures and entrance areas.

• Perform scheduled semiannual deep cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing of designated exterior areas.
