Senior Salesforce Administrator & Business Systems AnalystAbout Carepoint

As we continue our national expansion, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator & Business Systems Analyst to lead the ongoing development, optimization, and administration of our Salesforce platform and related business systems.

Position Summary

The Senior Salesforce Administrator & Business Systems Analyst will serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Salesforce ecosystem while partnering with business leaders across Sales, Agency Services, Contracting, Commissions, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

This role is responsible for improving business processes, developing automation solutions, maintaining system integrity, creating reports and dashboards, supporting integrations, and driving user adoption throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce technical expertise with exceptional business analysis skills and a passion for leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Administration & Platform Management
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce and related business systems.

  • Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, security settings, and data governance.

  • Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and automation.

  • Monitor system performance, data quality, and overall platform health.

  • Maintain Salesforce best practices and governance standards.

Business Process Improvement
  • Partner with department leaders to understand business requirements and operational challenges.

  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements that support organizational growth.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.

  • Support operational, financial, sales, and agency management reporting initiatives.

  • Work closely with Business Intelligence teams to improve data visibility and decision-making.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting environments.

Automation & Integrations
  • Design and implement Salesforce Flows and automation solutions.

  • Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal and external development teams on system enhancements.

  • Assist with API integrations, data imports, exports, and synchronization efforts.

User Support & Training
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support and troubleshooting.

  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system education.

  • Promote platform adoption and best practices throughout the organization.

  • Manage support requests and prioritize enhancements.

Project Management
  • Lead Salesforce-related projects and system enhancement initiatives.

  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

  • Support future system implementations and technology initiatives.

  • Assist with testing, deployment, and change management activities.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.

  • Experience managing Salesforce in a mid-sized or enterprise organization.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, reporting, dashboards, security, and automation.

  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Service Cloud.

  • Experience supporting insurance, healthcare, financial services, or distribution organizations.

  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or business intelligence platforms.

  • Experience with API integrations and third-party application management.

  • Experience working in a high-growth environment.
