Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for daily shipping and receiving duties. Ensure the proper receipt and delivery of all materials and products.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must have a basic understanding of warehouse procedures
- Understand the layout of the warehouse and bin location system.
- Gathers materials/product from the warehouse to package/assemble for shipment or customer pick-up.
- Ensures the efficient loading and unloading of all vehicles
- Verifies accuracy/receipt of loads, shippers, logs, bills of lading
- Receives material and outside service work. Can transact inventory for use in the manufacturing process.
- Must tag and place the incoming material to the proper bin locations in the warehouse for future use.
- Operate a forklift
- Cycle Counting
