Inventory & Warehouse Operations Specialist at BOERGER LLC – Chanhassen, Minnesota

Boerger LLC is seeking a highly organized warehouse professional with strong shipping and receiving experience who is comfortable learning and operating MRP software in a structured manufacturing environment. This role supports production flow, inventory accuracy, and outbound logistics. We are a growing, family-owned company investing in facility expansion and long-term team development.

What You’ll Do:

Inventory & MRP Support:

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments
• Process receipts and transfers in MRP system
• Stage materials to production using work orders
• Maintain accurate part locations and stock integrity
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives

Shipping & Receiving:

• Prepare outbound shipments and documentation
• Inspect finished assemblies prior to shipment
• Coordinate freight carriers and ensure on-time delivery

Warehouse Operations:

• Operate forklift and material handling equipment
• Maintain organized warehouse layout and labeling
• Support safety and OSHA compliance standards

• 2+ years warehouse experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Shipping & receiving background required
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (equipment available)
