This role plays a key part in supporting patient programs and pharmaceutical services within a highly regulated healthcare environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of critical medical and patient data across multiple systems. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to support patient journeys and operational workflows. Working in a bilingual setting (English and French), you will handle sensitive information while maintaining compliance with strict industry standards. This is a detail-oriented role suited for someone who thrives in structured environments and values precision, consistency, and service quality. You will also contribute to pharmacovigilance-related documentation and data quality activities that directly support patient safety and program effectiveness.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality data processing and administrative support within patient support and pharmaceutical programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate patient records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent tools
- Process, scan, label, and organize incoming and outgoing documents, including faxes and clinical records
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular quality checks and correcting inconsistencies in patient and program information
- Support pharmacovigilance activities by handling, documenting, and attaching relevant clinical and post-treatment information
- Respond to medical or program-related inquiries using approved FAQs and internal guidance documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to request clarifications and ensure complete and accurate data capture
- Assist in workload distribution, shift coverage, and administrative tasks as needed to support operational continuity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable professional with strong bilingual communication skills and experience in administrative or healthcare-related data environments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with medical terminology or pharmaceutical environments is considered an asset
- Knowledge or exposure to pharmacovigilance processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently while supporting team collaboration during peak workloads
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and escalate data inconsistencies
