This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor(a) Comercial Inside Sales | Educon BH based in Brazil.

In this role, you will act as a key driver in connecting prospective students with educational solutions through a consultative and relationship-driven sales approach. You will engage inbound leads across multiple channels, primarily phone and digital platforms, understanding individual needs and recommending the most suitable programs. The position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and commercial acumen to guide prospects through the decision-making journey. You will work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with high lead volume and continuous interaction with diverse customer profiles. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to structured CRM processes will be essential to ensure pipeline efficiency and conversion success. Accountabilities:

Act as the main point of contact for inbound leads, delivering a consultative sales experience focused on understanding needs and offering tailored educational solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to conversion while maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads through phone, WhatsApp Business, email, and other digital channels
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate courses and educational offerings
  • Maintain consistent CRM updates, tracking interactions, pipeline progress, and opportunities
  • Conduct follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and improve customer experience
  • Support negotiation processes with a personalized and solution-oriented approach
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethical guidelines, and data protection standards
  • Contribute feedback to improve processes, messaging, and product offerings
  • Work toward individual and team sales targets, including volume and product mix goals
Requirements:

This role requires prior experience in sales or lead qualification, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle high-volume customer interactions in a structured and performance-driven environment. Candidates should be organized, resilient, and comfortable working with CRM tools and digital sales processes.

  • Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related fields
  • Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or lead qualification roles
  • Experience using CRM platforms for pipeline and customer management
  • Strong communication skills, with clarity, persuasion, and professionalism in writing and speech
  • Ability to manage high volumes of contacts while maintaining quality interactions
  • Goal-oriented mindset with resilience, proactivity, and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with sales of educational products is a plus
  • Availability for a 180-hour monthly schedule, including afternoons and Saturdays
