Job Description
Summary: Responsible for all strategic, financial, and operational elements of MyBridgeNow. Manage and maintain relationships with guests and ensure all company goals and objectives are exceeded.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive MyBridgeNow performance by meeting or exceeding sales, pawn, buy, and profitability goals through strong execution, exceptional guest service, and high-quality product offerings.
- Monitor sales, pawning, buying, and wholesale product purchasing activities to ensure competitive evaluations, accurate product assessments, and maximum profitability.
- Determine accurate loan, buy, and wholesale purchase values across diverse product categories, including jewelry, vehicles, and general merchandise.
- Intake all jewelry, vehicles, and merchandise with exacting detail to ensure compliance with all applicable city, state, and federal laws.
- Control inventory movement and turn inventory efficiently to maximize profit while minimizing shrink, loss, and exceptions.
- Ensure a high level of security for all loaned, purchased, and stored inventory.
- Manage and maintain warehouse organization, vehicle storage, and the care and maintenance of a variety of vehicles.
- Arrange transportation for all loaned, purchased, or released vehicles to and from the warehouse as needed.
- Complete daily transaction reporting, monthly reporting, and data analysis accurately and on time.
- Report all transactions daily to Leads Online and correct any errors daily to maintain zero exceptions.
- Implement and enforce MyBridgeNow policies, goals, objectives, procedures, safety standards, OSHA compliance, security rules, and loss prevention practices.
- Provide the highest level of guest service by greeting, assisting, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Ecommerce, and Business Development on marketing initiatives, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Maintain clear communication with appropriate personnel regarding operational activities, guest issues, inventory concerns, compliance matters, or assignments that may impact the business.
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
Qualifications:
Formal Education and Experience Requirement (Must meet one or more of the following requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university, or Associate degree with additional retail or pawn experience
- 2-4 years of manager or director experience
Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Point of sales systems
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Maintain valid/unrestricted driver’s license at all times
- Eligible to obtain any special state required licenses and/or certificates as required by law or the company
- Maintain FFL/ATF license-following all applicable laws and record keeping
- Maintain MN Auto Dealers license-following all applicable laws and record keeping
- Maintain Burnsville Pawn license-following all applicable laws and record keeping
- Maintain Precious Metal Dealer’s license

Lifting Requirements:
- Heavy Work: Exerting up to 80 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects
PAL Management, Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
