Scheduler/Customer Service in Riverside, California at ODI Manufacturing LLC

Supporting daily operations, coordinating production schedules, processing customer orders, and maintaining excellent customer communication. This position utilizes the IQMS ERP system to manage sales orders, inventory, shipments, customer portals, and production schedules while working closely with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process customer sales orders and maintain order accuracy in the IQMS ERP system.
• Monitor customer portals for purchase orders, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate production schedules based on customer demand, due dates, and production priorities.
• Track shipments and communicate order status with customers.
• Issue pick tickets and verify inventory availability for scheduled shipments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Shipping, Tooling, and Maintenance to resolve scheduling, delivery, and quality concerns.
• Participate in daily production scheduling meetings.
• Review customer contracts and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Scheduling, Production Planning, or Manufacturing.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably IQMS.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Professional customer service skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
