Studio Manager | Yoga Joint New York
Locations: 470 Park Ave, New York, NY | 267 Kent Ave, Brooklyn, NY
Compensation: $100,000-$125,000
Employment Type: Full-Time / Exempt

- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless studio performance
- Drive membership sales, retention, and month-over-month revenue growth
- Hire, lead, and develop a passionate studio team
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Manage P&L performance and implement strategies to exceed goals
- Create a welcoming, elevated member experience rooted in community
- Model professionalism, positivity, and accountability
- Drive business through localized marketing efforts and initiatives
- Work within your local community to identify marketing opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong experience in membership sales and retention
- Operational expertise with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth
- A background in fitness, wellness, or retail leadership (multi-unit experience a plus)
- Clear, confident communication skills - both verbal and written
- A natural ability to inspire trust and elevate customer service standards
- Positive energy, integrity, and a genuine passion for community
- Desire to be a part of a founding team in a rapidly growing brand
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak class times

Work Environment
Classes are held in infrared heated studios (90°F+) with moderate to loud noise. Role includes standing, movement, and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs, and may include indoor/outdoor events both inside and outside of the studio. Essential functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee may be required to work with yoga props, cleaning supplies, and studio equipment and may experience physical exertion due to the nature of the instruction environment. Shifts may involve sustained physical activity, multiple classes per day, and limited recovery time between classes. This role may also include participation in off-site or outdoor marketing and community events, which may last several hours and may take place in varying indoor or outdoor environments and weather conditions.
